Hugh Middleton

Director

Hugh has been practising law in Sunraysia for well over twenty years.

As an accredited specialist in Criminal Law, Hugh applies his extensive experience to his client's advantage across all areas of Criminal Law jurisdictions.

Hugh is a stalwart of the local legal community in the region, who represents clients in both Victoria and New South Wales in various jurisdictions such as the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, the Local Court of NSW, County Court of Victoria, District Court of NSW and the Supreme Court.

Lior Maisner

Managing Principal Lawyer

Lior was admitted to legal practice in 2011, commencing full time legal practice in Mildura shortly before coming to the firm.

Lior is an experienced civil lawyer, having spent many years providing time critical tactical legal advice for personal and business clients, ranging from SME and property investors to significant Australian organisations such as major retailers, churches and local authorities.

As Managing Principal, Lior guides strategy and practice of our firm, whilst engaged in complex commercial matters and estates distributions.

Peter Delorenzo

Senior Lawyer

Peter was admitted to practice in 2011 and has since dedicated his career to Justice & Advocacy. His reputation precedes him by routinely appearing in serious Magistrates Court and County Court matters.

He is well sought after by clients in his field, keeping his advice simple, targeted and effective. He works hard for his clients to achieve a positive outcome in often very difficult circumstances.

Peter continues to be a leading mentor at MML.

Hannah Smith

Lawyer

Getting off to an early start, Hannah began her journey in the law with Victoria Legal Aid. Also whilst at Law School, Hannah was president of the Victoria Law Student Society. Following admission in March 2022, Hannah returned to Mildura to join our criminal law team.

Hannah's desire to see justice being done has resulted in several major acquittals for serious crimes at trial in the County Court of Victoria. She delivers exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all avenues for defence are covered.

Donna Sandiman

Since joining our conveyancing team in 2007, Donna has a proven reputation for reliability, attention to detail and organisation.

Donna leads our conveyancing team with our Managing Principal. Her team delivers exceptional service on a routine basis.

Her experience in all things conveyancing makes her a specialist in the field, and a fierce advocate for her clients.

Alana McGregor

Multidisciplinary Paralegal

Alana holds almost 20 years experience in law. Starting in support roles, she has built her way up across practice areas of estates management, business law (sale and purchase, leasing, tax) and conveyancing to be an experienced paralegal.

With such dedication to the law comes a reputation for integrity, attention to detail and a practical understanding of the law itself.
